Offering relaxing and healing therapies to relieve aches and pains and improve your well-being

Lymphatic drainage is a delicate form of massage that stimulates the body’s lymphatic system, helping the body to eliminate waste and  providing a boost to the immune system.

What is involved in a Lymphatic massage session?

You will be requested to undress to your level of comfort and will remain covered with a soft flannel sheet and light blanket throughout the massage. Only those areas that are being massaged will be undraped.

What does Lymphatic massage do?

The lymphatic system is responsible for helping fluid and waste leave the body and for regulating the immune system. When the lymphatic system becomes blocked, fluid builds up and stagnates, making us feel sluggish and more susceptible to viral or contagious illnesses.

By stimulating this system through massage, it works more efficiently, which can increase energy levels, speed up healing of injuries, reduce swelling, and offer overall relaxation.

How will I feel?

Most people relax very quickly during the session and continue to experience results for several days after the session.

How long is the treatment?

The first session usually takes from 60 to 75 minutes. Subsequent sessions typically last from 45 to 60 minutes.
